Banyan Cottage is a stand alone home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Upon walking in the front door, you will see the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The floor plan of this home is open, airy, and very light! Two large picture windows flood the home with light.

Stepping through the door, you will find an open kitchen that is stocked with every pan, pot, plate, bowl, utensil, and cup you will need for your vacation! Whether you eat every meal in this kitchen, or just do breakfast and take the rest of your meals at one of Sarasota's many restaurants, you will feel at home in this kitchen! Five barstools sit at the countertop to accommodate overflow seating from the dining area.

Next to the kitchen you will find a dining table with six chairs. As mentioned above, there are also five barstools at the kitchen counter/bar.

Next, you will find the living room has a flat screen TV, large comfortable sleeper sofa and 2 accent chairs making this living room the ideal place to lounge, laugh, hang out, and relax after a long day on the beach!

There is also a coffee bar featuring a drip coffee maker, along with a coffee bean grinder.

This beautiful home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa with bedding that is available for you to use.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the home and each feature a comfortable king-sized bed and large closet.

Stepping through the large double doors you will find a large covered lanai with screens and "plastic" windows, allowing the room to be opened or closed as needed, featuring patio furniture and beyond through the back door you will find a spacious and large backyard with a fire pit and saucer swing for the kids and boasting a large banyan tree and many other trees.

The entire home is yours to use during your stay. No space is shared. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

If you don't have a car, Uber & Lyft do service the area, and there is a public transportation system called SCAT that services all of Sarasota.
